We support an inclusive society and condemn racial injustice. We stand in solidarity with the Black community, our staff, members, and partners, in the fight against systemic racism, inequity, and the historic oppression of the black community. Black Lives Matter.
The recent acts of injustice against George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and many others, highlight the rooted systemic racism in our society and call for action and change. We are guided by our mission and values to commit to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in our communities, not just our gyms.
We are dedicated and committed to being part of the change and the solution. We are actively working to change systemic racism and inequity.
We are pledging to advance representation of people of color across our industry. We support organizations fighting systemic racism and advocating for police reform. We are partnering with local BIPOC organizations to improve access to our services. We are creating safe spaces for our staff, members, and community to engage in inclusive dialogues. We will no longer remain silent. We are more determined than ever to champion social justice and build stronger, more inclusive communities. We will stand together for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in our communities and in the broader outdoor industry.
